Broad feet? No problem. We have many wide-fitting shoes in our collection too. Like a well fitted dress, nobody would know that your shoes are made a bit wider. By the way, Asian feet are typically broader. It’s more common than you think. So don’t be too harsh on yourself, ya?

We don’t do unethical markups and gimmick discounts. We price our shoes affordably all year round. While it’s impossible for an authentic pair of good comfort shoes to come cheap, we do our best to get you the most value-for-money.

Behind the scenes, Owen & Clarence work hard to personally ensure that each pair of ladies shoes we carry is made with genuine high-quality materials and orthopaedic comfort features (like arch support). They also come with Podiatrist-approved  construction that accommodates any custom orthotics, insoles, or shoe inserts.

We only pick shoes that are comfortable and built to last.

Because we know that good shoes are a necessity. Whether you’re a teacher, social worker, nurse, office lady, waitress, housewife, air stewardess, chef, soldier, policewoman, caregiver, or retiree – we’ll do our sincere best to find you a pair which suits your work and lifestyle.

To find the most comfortable fit for you – we need to assess your feet in person.

And we can’t do that by selling shoes online. That’s the most unreliable way to buy shoes.

With our Free Professional Shoe Fitting service, we’ll match you with comfortable shoes that help manage and prevent foot problems like Bunions, Plantar Fasciitis, Corns, Calluses, and Toe Pain.

We’ll measure the most accurate sizings for each foot, find out your arch type, analyse your walking gait, and spot any foot conditions which need prevention or management. You’ll be surprised – many people in Singapore get their foot sizes and arch types wrong!

Yes – our service is free, and you’ll be served by a qualified professional shoe fitter. There is absolutely no obligation to buy – but we’ll be grateful if you purchase something to support our family’s little shop.

Unlike many ‘custom’ insole shops – we won’t use scary stories to pressure you into getting anything (it goes against our values). If we see that your feet need specific medical attention, we will do the right thing, and refer you to a trusted Podiatrist in Singapore. You can also find one from the Podiatry Association of Singapore’s list of registered members.
