There’s arch support and a heel cup for bringing relief and stability to your plantar fascia. That’s the hardworking ligament in your foot that hurts when overstrained and inflamed.
In case you want to look taller too – there’s a +5mm high heel lift in the rear for taking pressure off the right parts.

Metatarsal pad to the rescue! The Bahama’s removable footbed comes with added support for your metatarsals. You will also appreciate the extra cushioning and shock absorption built into the EVA moulded insoles.
Smelly or Sweaty Feet?
Like all Spenco footwear, the Bahama ships with antimicrobial protection. This means that they’ll last a while without odours building up!
It also features a knitted upper that’s designed to be breathable with perforated holes. Means your feet will have aircon. 😛
